I run workshops in the following subjects:
The contents are adapted to suit a customer's individual needs and the length can vary from a half-day to two days. I also offer longer courses in Rhetoric and Developing Personal Brands.
Your Personal Brand
Your personal brand is the values that the surrounding world associates with your name. What values do your stand for? How do you make that clear to the world around you? How do you achieve your goals by being clearer and more visible? By developing your personal brand.
This workshop combines lectures, group work and individual coaching. Participants have an important role in mentoring and acting as sounding boards for each other. My role is to provide education and individual feedback.
Selected contents:
- Make conscious - what do I stand for? In the first phase you will become clear about what your core values are, the values that govern your daily activities.
- Clarify - what do I say about myself? In the second phase you formulate key-statements about yourself - business idea, mission, motto, your story of yourself.
- Make visible - how do I appear to the surrounding world? What should I do about what I say, how I act and with my image in order to be more visible to others? In the third phase you make a personal PR plan aimed at reaching concrete goals.
If you wish to book a longer course, we can decide on both the length and content together. Courses begin with the rhetorical working process and contain both storytelling and communicative leadership.
Storytelling
Storytelling is an important part of all communication: in news programmes, political texts, annual reports and advertisements, but also in how we present ourselves. Your story of yourself tells us who you are. Your account should be true and genuine, and you must focus on the common unifying theme in your life; why are you where you are today? What do you want to do and why?
During this workshop you will learn both how to reveal storytelling in the daily flow of information and how you can become a better storyteller yourself - what are you saying about yourself, your activities or your organisation?

Communicative Leadership
How do you inspire trust in yourself as a leader and in the organisation you lead? In the Communicative Leadership workshop, we will discuss the significance of communication for successful leadership and you will be given the tools to develop your own communicative ability.

Rhetoric
Rhetoric is about wanting something and realisng that most things require communication and co-operation with others. How do I improve my ability to communicate? How do I become clearer? How do I become more visible? In the Rhetoric workshop you will be given the tools to become clearer and more visible to the surrounding world in order to more easily achieve your goals in co-operation with others.
